Mr. Halpin attended San Francisco State University where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Radio and Television. He teaches Introduction to Fine Arts, TV/Radio Broadcasting, and Advanced Video/Radio Field Production. Mr. Halpin co-moderates Independent Film Club and Film Project Club. |
